Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Certain hygiene and cleaning products may be exempt for safety reasons

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Liquids, detergents, and disinfectants

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing takes 3–5 working days
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
