Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain hygiene and cleaning products may be exempt for safety reasons
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Cleaning chemicals
- Liquids, detergents, and disinfectants
- Disposable hygiene products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 3–5 working days
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
